I'm Ashleigh and I bring over 13 years of experience in employer branding, talent attraction strategy, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience across professional services and software industries. Before embarking on my career, I was pursuing the path to becoming a therapist working with at-risk teens. While that dream did not happen, my emotional intelligence and desire to connect people with purpose within their careers is what motivates me.
After experiencing hyper-growth at a fast-paced start-up, I'm hooked! I love the ambiguous chaos that fosters an entrepreneurial environment where you can truly do incredible and meaningful things for the business but more importantly, for the team members around you. Behind every brand are the people that make the company what it is. I love humanizing brands through storytelling and showing who people are that are making the work possible.
I’m Jordan (she/her), a People Professional with 7+ years of experience in employee engagement, event planning, and learning & development, across multiple industries (Tech/Rideshare, Higher Education, Social Media, and Financial Services).
Originally, I wanted to be the next Erin Andrews, but when I fell into the world of employee engagement and experience, I was happier than Michael Jordan in ‘93! As a Human Resource Professional, I know the ins and outs of employee events, engagement activities, recognition, ERGs, engagement surveys, and internal comms. I’m passionate about connecting people to the business, its customers, and each other.
Throughout my experience, I have had the opportunity to build the end-to-end execution of our employee experience strategy, collaborating with a variety of cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute programs and activities that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
I spend my days strategizing, digging deep into data, managing projects, and collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs. I tend to be most powerful when leading team culture initiatives and large company-wide projects. My ideal work environment is collaborative and authentic- people are my JAM!
